Answer: Check actuator voltage on the board at the actuator connection PIN 1 & 3. This should read between 20-24V. If proper voltage is present, the actuator is most likely bad. If there is no voltage, check the two 4AMP (Pink) fuses.
3. Why is the OmniLogic controller cycling the relay on and off when running my pump?
Answer: The relay is double assigned in programming. For example, the light & filter pump are both assigned to HVR 1

Answer: Make sure the unit is not in Cool only Mode. Hold - & + a the together for .5 seconds then either - or + to switch between modes (A) Auto, (C) Cool, (H) Heat mode. Page 19 of the manual.
17. Why does a newly installed HDF400 heater appear to be leaking?
Answer: The HDF400 may produce a few ounces to a couple of gallons of condensation per hour. The water can be tested with a strip to determine whether it is pool water or condensation.

For hardwired systems, unplug the ethernet cable, update to the latest firmware, reboot the system then re-insert the ethernet cable.
For wireless setups, unplug the router update to the latest firmware, reboot the system then re-connect the router.
Also, for hardwired systems make sure the ethernet cable is not connected to a POE (Power Over Ethernet) enabled port at the router/switch
20. Why does the Omni 4 Amp actuator fuse keep failing?
